We hope you are well. In order to continue with the commitment of innovation in our solutions and maintaining the high standards of quality and functionality of our services, we approach you to request your support in updating your systems to the new version of CFDI, which must be completed before January 1, 2023.
To implement the corresponding adjustments to the software, and complete the necessary changes for the new CFDI 4.0 version, we kindly ask you to support us by carrying out the following activities:
- Implement the modifications to the base TXT for CFDI 4.0, detailed in the attached file CFDI40ENG.pdf
- Compile Constancia de situación Fiscal (proof of the tax situation) of your clients.
- Implement the modifications to the payment receipt complement TXT. The attached file CRP20ENG.pdf presents the new validations that have to be implemented. The files AlgorithmPayments20.pdf and PseudocodePayments20.pdf could be helpful for your ERP development team to apply the required modifications.
In the attached files you will obtain detailed information in order to be able to make the required adjustments, and additionally, we offer you all the necessary advice and support for the success of this project. As part of this accompaniment, we suggest you to establish dates within the framework of a joint work plan to comply with this fiscal requirement as soon as possible.
This update will imply structural modifications in your CFDI issuance and reception systems, which are not included in the annual support policy, therefore it is considered as an additional project that will require the review and acceptance of the corresponding commercial proposal.
